4. Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we are working to expand our shipping options.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details are usually active within 24 hours.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to U.S. addresses, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Who is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes?
Power Crown Labs is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to orders. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Power Crown Labs is not liable for damages during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging and damaged goods.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain items, like perishable or hazardous goods, cannot be returned.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few days.

What if I haven’t received my refund?

Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@powercrownlabs.com, and send the item to the return address provided.
